Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty trucks, to deliver goods efficiently and reliably. Your expertise in commercial driving and delivery operations will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics environment where your skills and dedication make a real impact. Responsibilities * Safely operate Class 1 trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations * Load, secure, and unload cargo with precision, ensuring proper handling of goods during transit * Plan optimal delivery routes to meet schedule deadlines and maximize efficiency * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify mechanical issues and ensure vehicle safety * Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered * Follow all company policies related to driving hours, safety procedures, and cargo security Qualifications * Valid Class 1 drivers license with a clean driving record * Proven experience as a commercial driver, particularly with flatbed trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles * Delivery driver experience preferred, demonstrating reliability and punctuality * Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to commercial driving * Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us if youre passionate about driving excellence!
