About the position

OurGrowth Studiois looking for a talented Motion Designerto join a passionate web & design team.In collaboration with the marketing product and branding teams you will join the Growth Studio to contribute with other designers to design a best-in-class motion experience. Were looking for a crafter of amazing visuals & motions to create exceptional design.

You are not only exceptionally talented at implementing design motion design and animation across a variety of media you are also exceptionally talented at brainstorming and problem solving when it comes to visualizing complex technical concepts. You should possess a strong voice and the ability to recognize how social media can be leveraged to enhance and drive big campaign ideas across all social and digital platforms.

What you will do

• Define and shape Protons motion vision across product web and brand.
• Design and animate web experiences micro-interactions and product animations that improve the user experience.
• Produce high-quality motion and visual content for marketing campaigns social media YouTube and the website.
• Help define Protons motion design principles guidelines and reusable animation systems.
• Work independently on end-to-end projects while collaborating with multiple teams across the company.
• Create both motion and graphic design assets that strengthen Protons visual identity.
• Build performant web animations using modern formats and technologies such as animated SVGs Lottie WebM etc

Job requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design/ motion design in an agency or in-house (please provide a link to your Portfolio).
• Ability to create motion interaction and/or animated visuals within a given brand/visual identity.
• Independent self-motivated and proactive. You dont require constant input and you have meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to articulate design decisions and convey complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools. Figma and Adobe Suite are mandatory and Blender is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
