The Role
At NEXT life is fast and full on. Our legal team works right at the heart of our operations delivering sharp practical advice to support NEXT and our growing portfolio of brands. These include Victorias Secret Joules The GAP Reiss Cath Kidston Bath & Body Works FatFace Seraphine and Russell & Bromley.
We are a small close-knit team that operates at a fast pace and to tight timescales. If you are a commercial lawyer ready to expand your skill set beyond drafting contracts and into specialist legal areas this is an opportunity to challenge yourself learn to evolve and make a genuine impact.

What You Will Take On
This role is ideal for a commercial lawyer who brings a solid foundation in contract negotiation and wants to broaden their expertise across intellectual property legal compliance and regulatory law.
You will work on high-quality and varied projects across our business and brand portfolio. From drafting concession agreements and SaaS contracts with well-known brands to supporting product clearance and managing non-contentious IP you will have plenty of opportunity to grow as a lawyer.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role you must be authorised to practice law by the Law Society or the Bar Council of England & Wales.
