Working closely with the Branch Manager you will support the day-to-day running of the office while leading by example in generating valuations negotiating offers and progressing sales.

You will help develop the sales team build strong client relationships and play an important role in driving branch performance delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to continued business growth.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Assistant Sales Manager:

• Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the office
• Generate valuations and win new property instructions
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve successful outcomes
• Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion
• Mentor and support junior team members while leading by example
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers sellers and prospective clients

• Previous residential estate agency experience ideally at Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager level
• Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business
• Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Positive proactive and target-driven approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Professional ambitious and committed to achieving exceptional results
