Area Sales Manager – Kitchen Worktops Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Kitchen Worktops/ Slabs Industry Sector: Kitchen Worktops, Large Format Slabs, Ceramic Floor & Wall Tiles, KBB, Kitchen & Bathroom Retailers, Kitchen Studio’s, Stonemasons, Worktop Fabricators, Independent Retailers, Builders Merchants, Tile Importers and Tile Distributors Area to be covered: Midlands and South – possible London focus Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + Up to £12,000 Bonus Benefits: Fully Expensed Hybrid & Benefits The role of the Area Sales Manager – Kitchen Worktops/ slabs will involve: * Field sales role selling a manufactured range of large format slabs for kitchen worktops * Acting as a product champion for large format slabs in the South of the country * 70% of your time managing and developing circa 100 kitchen studio’s and independent kitchen and bathroom retailers * 30% of your time managing and growing approx. 10-15 stonemasons/ worktop fabricators * Growing kitchen worktop revenue from £175,000 to £250,000 in year one * Circa 15 customer visits per week * Overnight stays when required, covering a large area * Travel 3-4 times a year to Spain and Italy * Assisting with merchandising, training, developing and nurturing kitchen studio’s, kitchen & bathroom retailers as required The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manag...
