The Opportunity As Service Manager, youll have the freedom to lead, influence and inspire. Youll focus on: * Leading the day-to-day operation of the service * Inspiring and developing a motivated, high-performing team * Creating a positive and inclusive culture * Building strong relationships with families and professionals * Driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement * Ensuring truly person-centred support for every individual * Managing resources, occupancy and service performance * Supporting colleagues through coaching, development and recognition * Most importantly, youll help create a home where the people we support can live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives. Who Were Looking For Were keen to hear from: * Experienced Registered Managers seeking a fresh challenge * Care Managers ready to step into their first registration * Service Managers within adult social care looking for greater autonomy and development You’ll ideally have: * Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs, or transferable leadership experience gained within the wider social care sector or related care services. * Strong leadership and people management skills * An understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements * A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care * The ability to motivate teams and drive positive outcomes * Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, families and professionals * Most importantly, youll be someone who leads with compassion, positivity and purpose.
