As a Lead Service Delivery Manager within our Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO) function you will join us on our journey and undertake a strategicrole responsible for the operational management of our Amazon and DHL Carriers.
Ensuring day to day operational requirements and service expectations are met you will work closely with our Carrier Partners supporting the delivery of our PUDO strategy. You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of key drivers for the Postmaster and Customer using insight research and feedback and conduct regular review meetings to ensure SLAs and contractual compliance are met.
