A refurbished Grade-II listed building with 27,500 sq ft of high-spec workout and recovery space sets Third Space apart in Clapham. Signature HIIT and cycle classes, Hot Yoga and ambient studios are framed by original beams and windows with modern industrial finishes. A luxury neighbourhood club.

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead S&C/S&P Instructor with strong technical ability and a passion for delivering high quality group coaching. You'll lead structured, progressive 12 week training cycles built around treadmills, Hyrox, barbell work, cable systems, mobility, potentiation, accessories, and bodybuilding influenced strength development.
Your coaching will be grounded in a strong understanding of anatomy & physiology, movement mechanics, and intelligent program design. You'll help members build their confidence, move better, and train with purpose.
As Lead Instructor, you will form a key part of our in-club Group Exercise presence. You'll drive community, deliver exceptional member experience and play a huge role in our company vision. An engaging motivator with strong technical proficiency in Strength & Conditioning, you'll be part of launching one of our newest, innovative classes in our Clapham Junction club.
This role is 32 hours per week, 20 hours of teaching and 12 hours of admin/operational support.
What You'll Deliver
High energy group S&C/S&P sessions with a strong technical focus
Coaching across treadmills, barbell lifts, cable systems, accessory work, and mobility
Clear, personalised cueing and progression pathways
Delivery of structured 12week progressive training blocks
Intelligent warmups including mobility and potentiation phases
Support for members across strength, hypertrophy, and movement quality goals
A premium coaching experience that blends performance and community
What We're Looking For
Strong technical coaching ability across barbell and cable based movements
Experience delivering similar style sessions
Confident programming skills, ideally with experience writing progressive blocks
Understanding of Anatomy & Physiology , biomechanics, and movement quality
Ability to coach mixed ability groups while maintaining high standard
A passion for helping people train with purpose, confidence, and consistency
