Job description

Care Team Leader (Nights) Do you have what it takes to inspire a team and create a place where every resident feels truly safe, valued and supported every single day? £14.22 per hour Nights- 21.5 Hours per week (2 x shifts) Location: Scarbrough Court, Alexandra Way, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 6ED As a Care Team Leader, you'll use your natural ability to inspire, support, and guide others, creating an environment where residents feel cared for and colleagues feel valued.

You'll oversee handovers, allocate staff effectively and ensure each resident's needs are met with dignity, respect and consistency.

You'll mentor and supervise carers, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to provide the highest standard of care.

You'll lead by example-auditing care plans, managing medication safely, welcoming new residents and communicating effectively with families, GPs and multi-disciplinary professionals.
