Blue Arrow is proud to be partnering with XPO Logistics to recruit an experienced Transport Operations Manager for the prestigious Saint-Gobain Logistics Hub in Gotham, Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transport Manager to take on a senior leadership role within a global logistics organisation, helping to drive operational excellence, team performance, and sustainability initiatives.

The Role\n
As Transport Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
\n
\n
\n - Leading the day-to-day transport operation at the Gotham hub
\n - Ensuring full compliance with all transport legislation and regulatory requirements
\n - Driving delivery and collection performance while maintaining operational efficiency
\n - Promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
\n - Building strong relationships with customers and on-site stakeholders
\n - Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing transport team
\n
What We're Looking For\n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n - Previous experience within a fast-paced transport or logistics environment
\n - Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating teams
\n - A strong track record of improving operational performance and controlling costs
\n - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
\n - A valid Transport Manager CPC Qualification (essential)
\n
