There are various roles you can move into from Teaching Assistant, Support Workers, Cover Supervisors, Behaviour Support. What Youll Be Doing * Building positive relationships with children who may need extra encouragement, structure, or emotional support * Delivering movement-based activities, intervention sessions, and small group work * Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, teamwork, and communication skills * Acting as a positive role model and mentor for young people * Working closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment What Were Looking For * A degree in Sport Science, Physical Education, Sports Coaching, Sports Development, Exercise & Health, Sports Psychology, or a related subject * OR experience coaching, mentoring, leading sports activities, or working with young people * A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly * A calm, adaptable approach when situations change * A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed Why Sport and Education Are a Great Match The best educators dont always come from traditional teaching backgrounds.
