At Harbro Group, our Mobile Milling fleet plays a vital role in supporting farmers across Scotland. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our skilled workshop team, ensuring our specialist mobile milling machines are maintained to the highest standards and ready to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of our engineering workshop, planning and prioritising workloads while supporting your team to deliver high-quality maintenance, repairs, fabrication and welding on our mobile milling fleet.
You will play a key role in minimising downtime, driving workshop performance and ensuring our engineering operation continues to support the business efficiently.
