Specialist Physiotherapist - Pelvic Health

Department Therapy
Band 6 £39,959 - £48,117 Per annum
Hours 37.5 hours per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic physiotherapist, with experience in the field of Pelvic Health. The ideal candidate will also have affiliate membership of POGP. Less experienced candidates will be considered, however a keen interest and desire to learn and develop new skills within a small team is vital.

Clinically you will be responsible for a mixed caseload of both obstetric and gynaecological (uro-gynae) patients from GP and Consultant referrals, mainly within an outpatient setting. Due to the nature of this secondment the post will primarily involved assessment and treatment of urogynaecology patients with bladder and prolapse diagnosis. However, there may also be opportunity to be involved with treating chronic pelvic pain patients dependant on candidate level of experience.

The rapidly growing Pelvic Health team is extremely experienced and works closely alongside the large, supportive and knowledgeable Outpatient physiotherapy team.
