Location:Guildford Pay / salary:£55,625 (inclusive of LWA) OTE: Up to £62,000 Job type:Permanent / Full time role Shift and schedule for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role: Home based, working 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday) 8am 8PM, working 1 in 4 Saturdays. 1 day of overtime per month = £3,000 additional per year; 2 days of overtime per month = £5,000 additional per year, completely optional more flexibility, more reward. Job Responsibilities for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role: * Servicing and repairing vehicles (including EVs) customer selected location e.g. driveway, office car park. * Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. * Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues. * Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues. * Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations. * Payment handling through card transactions. * Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. * Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used. What youll need to be considered for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role: * Must have a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent) * Must have a minimum 2-year post-qualification hands on experience with vehicles.
