Payroll AdvisorLocation: Warrington (Hybrid)Job Type: PermanentOur Engineering client is looking for Payroll Advisor to join a leading international industrial services provider for Energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and oil & gas clients.

With 30,000+ employees worldwide and €5bn+ revenue in 2024.The RoleAs a Payroll Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely payroll across multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment, while providing excellent service to stakeholders across the business.Key Responsibilities:Processing payroll end-to-end across multiple contracts within strict deadlinesApplying a variety of pay agreements accuratelySetting up and processing new starters and leaversCalculating redundancy, notice, statutory and occupational payments (SMP, SSP, SPP, OMP, Sick Benefit, etc.)Producing payroll reports for internal departmentsLiaising with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely deliveryManaging relationships with external bodies including HMRC, pension providers, and courtsKeeping up to date with payroll and pension legislationQualificationsProven payroll experience in a fast-paced, multi-site, multi-contract environment.Up-to-date knowledge of payroll, pension legislation, and HMRC reporting (including benefits in kind).Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel capabilityA CIPP payroll qualification is desirable but not essential.What's in it for you?In return for your dedication and hard work, you will enjoy benefits such as 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, Dental Plan Cover, 5% Employer Pension Contribution, Death in Service Cover, Private Medical Insurance, Cycle to work scheme, Access to benefit portal, and Access to Employee Assistance Programme. xwwtmva This vacancy is being advertised by Belcan.
