What Youll Be DoingWarrant Operations & Debt Recovery

• Manage and support the end-to-end warrants process across customer accounts.
• Prepare and process documentation for court applications and warrant activity.
• Review customer accounts and analyse debt information to determine appropriate recovery actions.
• Liaise with field teams warrant agents and external partners to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Monitor appointments and case activity maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriate.
• Assess customer circumstances including affordability and vulnerability to support fair and appropriate debt resolution.

Customer Service & Stakeholder Management

• Take ownership of customer cases ensuring commitments are met and queries are resolved professionally.
• Communicate confidently with customers via telephone and email delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify recurring customer issues and work collaboratively to improve processes and outcomes.

Operational Support

• Provide administrative support to the Revenue & Recovery team.
• Maintain accurate customer records across multiple systems.
• Prioritise and manage a varied workload while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all work complies with company policies regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
• Follow debt recovery and vulnerability guidelines to achieve positive customer outcomes.
• Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency compliance and customer experience.
