Client Operations / Project Manager role in a top global law firm. London based with hybrid working (3 days in the office). Competitive salary.
This global law firm, with a great culture and progression opportunities, is looking for an Client Manager to lead on their relationships with a few strategic growth clients across Healthcare and Life Sciences and Financial Services.
The role holder will take ownership of key account management, working with high-profile partners across the firm, who are highly engaged and welcome proactive support and ideas. The role holder will also support on broader billing and legal project management initiatives, working at the intersection of relationship management, operations and client services.
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have extensive client relationship management experience, as well as having exposure to financial account management and / or legal project management experience. Experience within legal is essential, and experience of managing FS clients would be desirable.
