Our mission is simple: We create immersive experiences for everyone, where art, storytelling and purpose collide - to inspire change today that transforms the world tomorrow.

Our vision is to: INSPIRE. DISRUPT. BELIEVE. For a better world.

  • Oversee Box Office operations, responding to customer inquiries in person and via email

  • Provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors, offering support to guests with additional access needs where required

  • Take pride in maintaining the presentation of the park, ensuring spaces remain clean, welcoming and ready for visitors. This may include, stewarding, light cleaning, litter picking, setting up spaces and resetting as required, directed by the Duty Managers

  • Support emergency evacuation procedures and upholding safety protocols, following the lead of the Duty Manager

  • Ability to manage queues and guest flow effectively to ensure a smooth visitor experience

  • Remain vigilant in protecting the attraction, reporting any damage, safety concerns or suspicious behaviour promptly

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the attraction, supporting one another to deliver an exceptional visitor experience

  • Identify and proactively resolve minor operational issues where appropriate, escalating to the Duty Manager on shift as required

  • Show a willingness to learn new skills adapting to the evolving needs of the attractions

  • Develop a strong knowledge of the attraction to be able to confidently answer visitor questions and encourage exploration and engagement

  • Champion Wake The Tiger’s values by delivering exceptional guest experiences and helping create a welcoming, inclusive and inspiring environment for visitors and colleagues alike
