As we continue to build the team ahead of the opening of The Medlock, Radisson Blu Hotel, we are recruiting a range of contracted team members. We offer flexible working patterns designed to suit a variety of needs.

As a Guest Services Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing this experience to life, supporting the Front Office team to deliver warm, confident welcomes, seamless departures and thoughtful, memorable moments at every stage of the guest journey.

This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.

The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.

The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus - an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Front Office Manager, you'll help lead our Reception team, fostering a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel recognised, supported and genuinely cared for. You'll champion Medlock's brand standards, encourage a confident sales and service culture, and bring structure, pride and authenticity to a team delivering standout Medlock moments around the clock.

As a Guest Services Manager you'll be instrumental in setting the tone for our arrival experience and maintaining consistently elevated service-infusing every guest interaction with the character, warmth and spirit of Manchester.

About you:

• You bring an effortless warmth to the floor, delivering service that feels natural, personal and never rehearsed

• You lead with empathy and integrity, communicating clearly, staying composed under pressure and showing up with authenticity

• You're genuinely invested in people, nurturing team spirit while building confidence, capability and pride

• You're a trusted communicator and team player - grounded, reliable and deeply connected to the character and rhythm of the city

• You have proven customer service experience within a hotel environment, ideally in a premium, lifestyle or design led setting
