Your Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils throughout the school day. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Delivering 1:1 support and small group interventions
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and engagement
- Assisting with classroom management and daily routines
- Preparing learning resources and supporting lesson delivery
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have previous experience working within a primary school
- Be confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Be proactive, reliable and adaptable
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be committed to helping children reach their full potential
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
- Be able to provide references covering your recent school-based experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
