Job description
If you know how to win and retain serious corporate insurance clients, youll already understand how rare it is to find a platform that doesnt get in your way. This Producer - Corporate Insurance role is built for someone whos outgrown internal politics, slow decision-making or unrealistic expectations. Youll be joining a national insurance broker with genuine credibility in the corporate insurance space, where your ability to originate and develop relationships is properly backed. Based across the Midlands, this is a high-trust, high-autonomy Producer - Corporate Insurance position. Youll have the freedom to build your book your way, supported by strong technical teams and a proposition that stands up in front of sophisticated buyers. This isnt about chasing small wins. Its about developing long-term corporate insurance relationships and being recognised for it. What youll be doing: * Developing and converting new corporate insurance opportunities across the Midlands * Building long-term relationships with mid-market and corporate clients * Leading client conversations around complex insurance programmes * Working closely with in-house broking and placement teams * Retaining and growing a portfolio of corporate insurance clients * Representing the business in the Midlands insurance market What theyre looking for: * Proven track record as a Producer, Account Executive or Business Development lead within insurance * Strong experience in corporate or large commercial insurance * Credibility dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers * Ability to win, structure and retain sizeable insurance accounts * Self-sufficient, commercially sharp and comfortable with autonomy * Established network within the Midlands insurance market Whats on offer: * Six‑figure earnings potential with a structured, realistic bonus model * Access to a respected corporate insurance proposition * Strong internal support from experienced broking and technical teams * Flexibility to operate across the Midlands with autonomy * Long‑term career backing from a national insurance broker * Adult environment with no unnecessary layers or blockers This Producer - Corporate Insurance role in the Midlands will suit someone who doesnt need hand-holding and doesnt want it.
