I nclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN) Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN) - Trowbridge - Wiltshire | Full-Time / Part-Time | £85-£110 Per Day | September 2026 Start Are you passionate about inclusive education and helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) overcome barriers to learning? We are seeking a compassionate, creative and child-centred Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN) to join a welcoming school in Swindon. As an Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN), you will provide targeted, personalised support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them develop the skills and confidence required to engage with learning and participate fully in school life. This Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN) role is ideal for someone who enjoys working creatively and flexibly to understand each childs individual strengths and needs. T he Role As an Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN), your responsibilities will include: Delivering personalised one-to-one and small-group interventions based on individual pupil needs and support plans. Adapting learning activities, resources and teaching approaches to help pupils overcome barriers to accessing the curriculum. Promoting positive behaviour through proactive, restorative and child-centred approaches. Helping pupils develop practical strategies to manage challenges, build resilience and become more independent. Monitoring, recording and evaluating the impact of interventions and adapting support where appropriate. Building positive relationships with pupils and acting as a consistent, encouraging role model. Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, families and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure consistent support. Promoting inclusion and encouraging pupils to participate fully in classroom activities and wider school life. About You The ideal Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN) will have knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and experience supporting children or young people with SEN. You will be compassionate, patient and reflective, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet individual needs. You will be confident building strong relationships with children, working independently and contributing effectively to a wider multidisciplinary team. This Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN) role would suit professionals with experience or aspirations in SEND Education, Inclusion, Pastoral Support, Behaviour Support or Emotional Wellbeing. What We Offer This Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist (SEN) position offers: £85-£110 per day, depending on experience. PAYE weekly pay.
