As a Guest Services Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing this experience to life, supporting the Front Office team to deliver warm, confident welcomes, seamless departures and thoughtful, memorable moments at every stage of the guest journey. This brand-new *401 key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the *Etihad Campus* will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring *state-of-the-art* training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena.

It will become a world-class hub for *elite sport, music, and entertainment*, attracting visitors from around the world. The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus - an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer. We're opening our doors soon and we're building a team that's as warm, grounded and full of personality as the city we call home. *What you'll be doing : * Supporting the Front Office Manager, you'll help lead our Reception team, fostering a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel recognised, supported and genuinely cared for.

You'll champion Medlock's brand standards, encourage a confident sales and service culture, and bring structure, pride and authenticity to a team delivering standout Medlock moments around the clock.
