The Role As Building Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for general building projects valued up to £2 million. You will be involved from early enquiry stage through to tender submission, working closely with commercial, design, and operational teams to ensure robust pricing and successful bid outcomes.
