Brentwood Borough Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Planning Enforcement Officer to join its Planning Enforcement team. This is a key role within a proactive and well-regarded service offering the opportunity to work across a diverse and sensitive planning landscape including extensive Metropolitan Green Belt established residential areas and strategically important development sites.
The Role
As a Senior Enforcement Officer you will play a leading role in investigating and resolving breaches of planning control ensuring that development across the Borough is delivered in accordance with adopted policy and approved permissions.
