THE ROLE
As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will undertake both asbestos surveying and analytical duties across a range of client sites throughout London.
Working independently and alongside an experienced technical team, the Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst will deliver high-quality surveying and analytical services while ensuring full compliance with HSG264, HSG248, current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 *
Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and smoke testing in accordance with HSG248 *
Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports *
Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector properties *
Managing your own workload efficiently across multiple client sites *
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams *
Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (essential) *
Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst *
Strong understanding of HSG264, HSG248, and current asbestos legislation *
Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy is desirable *
Full UK driving licence *
Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills *
Professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work
