As a Service Advisor you are the main point of contact for all customer communication while the vehicle is undergoing maintenance and repair in our Retail Centre.As part of a successful, global automotive group, you'll broaden your experience across both sites and brands.

- just askWhat you'll do day to day Warmly welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the dayKeep customers informed and updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs, ensuring transparency and trustDevelop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, enhancing expertise through manufacturer-led trainingActively promote additional services and repairs based on Technician recommendations, helping customers maintain vehicle health and increasing service revenueSchedule vehicles for appointments in the workshop efficiently and accuratelyConduct pre-appointment customer calls to confirm bookings, ensure readiness, and address any preliminary questionsMaintain precise and up-to-date customer records within our systems for effective service managementHelpful skills and qualificationsDon't worry about ticking off every single skill here

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleaguesDemonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer serviceSkilled at identifying customer needs and opportunities for upsellingExcellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressurePrevious experience in a target driven role, demonstrating the ability to meet goalsMust hold a valid UK driving licenceWe value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
