- 2 deliverys per dayStable Monday to Fridayshift patternStart times availablebetween 06:00 and 12:00Ongoing, consistent workImmediate starts availableThe RoleAs an HGV 2 driver , you will be carrying out store deliveries across the region, ensuring goods are delivered safely, professionally, and on time.
This is a customer-facing role, ideal for an HGV 2 driver who takes pride in providing excellent service and representing the business positively.HGV 2 Driver Tasks:Complete daily store deliveries in a safe and efficient mannerConduct vehicles walk-round checks before and after each shiftEnsure all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframesLoad security checks and compliance with transport legislationAccurately complete delivery paperwork and electronic PODsCommunicate professionally with store staff, transport teams, and customersAdhere to Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and Road Transport RegulationsReport any vehicle defects, delays, or incidents promptlyMaintain high xwwtmva standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service at all timesRequirements for HGV 2 Drivers:Minimum 1 year HGV 2 driving experienceValid Class 2 licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph cardMaximum 6 penalty pointsNo major endorsements (DD, DR, CD, IN, TT, or similar)Strong understanding of driver hours and road transport regulationsIf you're a dependable HGV 2 driver looking for great pay, premium overtime rates, and a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule, we'd love to hear from you.
