\n If you're an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a background in complex care, community nursing, case management, ICU or HDU, this is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills while continuing to make a genuine difference to people's lives.\n

\n As an Adult Clinical Lead, you'll manage your own clinical caseload, provide high-quality case management, lead clinical decision-making and support frontline teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care across North West London. You'll have the autonomy to organise your own diary, make independent clinical decisions and build lasting relationships with the people you support.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Manage your own clinical caseload, providing expert case management for adults with complex healthcare needs.
  • \n
  • Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, care reviews, person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
  • \n
  • Deliver clinical supervision, competency assessments and practical training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
  • \n
  • Lead new package mobilisations and provide ongoing clinical oversight across a range of complex care packages.
  • \n
  • Support adults with tracheostomies, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, PEG feeding, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and complex respiratory needs.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with families, GPs, Consultants, Commissioners and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • \n
  • Provide expert clinical guidance, respond to clinical escalations and support safeguarding, clinical governance and CQC compliance.
  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN Adult) with an active NMC registration.
  • \n
  • Previous experience within complex care, community nursing, case management, ICU, HDU or another acute clinical environment.
  • \n
  • Clinically competent in tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, PEG feeding, suctioning, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and complex respiratory care.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of clinical assessment, care planning, safeguarding, clinical governance and risk management.
  • \n
  • Confident making autonomous clinical decisions while supporting and developing Healthcare Assistants through clinical supervision and competency assessments.
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • \n
