What You Will Do * Develop and execute the companys employer branding strategy across digital and offline channels. * Manage and optimize the companys employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms. * Create engaging employer branding content in collaboration with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders. * Plan and deliver internal employer branding initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture. * Support internal communication campaigns that reinforce the employee value proposition (EVP). * Plan and coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities. * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. * Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract high-quality talent. * Track employer branding and recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. What You Will Bring * 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or a combination of both. * Proven experience developing and executing employer branding initiatives across multiple channels. * Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer branding platforms. * Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate relationship management. * Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and internal mobility programs. * Experience creating engaging communication and branding content for internal and external audiences. * Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
