You will work on a varied portfolio of transmission, distribution, renewable energy and battery energy storage projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Produce protection and control designs for HV and EHV substations up to 132kV. * Prepare protection philosophies, relay requirements, AC/DC schematics and technical specifications. * Develop protection single-line diagrams, interlocking schemes and control documentation. * Support the integration of protection, control, SCADA and communication systems. * Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project delivery. * Attend technical meetings, design reviews and client workshops. * Provide engineering support during testing, commissioning and energisation. * Assist with technical proposals and mentor junior engineers where appropriate.
