- £48,000 (OTE £52,000) Company Benefits Unlimited Overtime 4 on 4 off Stafford Are you a Maintenance Fitter with multiskilled electrical and mechanical experience and your 18th Edition looking to join a rapidly expanding food distributor offering a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, unlimited overtime and the opportunity to progress into a Senior Engineer position? Established within the dairy and food distribution sector, this growing business has built a strong reputation for quality products, dependable service, and excellent customer relationships.

In this position, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on dairy production equipment, diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults with a strong electrical focus to keep machinery running safely and minimise downtime.

This role would suit a Maintenance Fitter with multiskilled electrical and mechanical experience and an 18th Edition qualification who is comfortable working in a food production environment and is looking for a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with overtime and progression opportunities.

The Role: Planned and reactive maintenance on dairy production equipment Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs (electrically biased) Maintaining processing and packaging machinery to minimise downtime 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7:00am
