We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on marketer to deliver our domestic energy supply marketing strategy. This is a brand-new role with plenty of opportunities to make your mark by bringing campaigns to life, driving customer growth and retention targets.

If you love making things happen, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy using data to optimise performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth: Deliver marketing activity that supports the customer acquisition strategy for our domestic energy supply business, helping achieve ambitious commercial growth targets.
  • Retention- Responsible for developing and implementing key customer retention initiatives, using a test-and-learn approach and data-driven decision making to optimise performance and shape the 2027 retention strategy
  • Deliver: Plan, execute and optimise integrated, high-impact marketing campaigns that convert our target audience into Good Energy customers.
  • Review success: Manage the delivery roadmap for domestic supply marketing, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, seasonal opportunities are maximised and priorities stay on track.
  • Forecasting: Monitor campaign performance against acquisition targets, providing regular updates and highlighting risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
  • Calibrate: Coordinate activity across marketing teams and key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and aligned with wider business priorities.
  • Report: Produce regular campaign reporting, working closely with our Marketing Data Analyst to understand performance, identify insights and share recommendations.
  • Data led: Use performance data and customer insight to continually optimise campaigns, test new approaches and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Sharing knowledge: Bring fresh ideas, best practice and market insight into the team, helping us continuously improve how we market our products.
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, keeping them informed and ensuring smooth delivery of marketing activity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with agency partners and our in-house design and content teams to deliver compelling, conversion-focused creative, maintaining a clear pipeline of work and helping prioritise activity.
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with proposition teams to support product launches and translate complex energy topics into clear, customer-friendly marketing.
  • Working together: Collaborate closely with our Communications team to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively amplified across owned channels.
  • Budget management: Manage campaign budgets responsibly, tracking spend and ensuring customer acquisition costs remain aligned to targets.

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for someone who loves the day-to-day of marketing as much as the results. You'll be proactive, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and keep multiple campaigns moving forward.

Essentials:

  • Significant experience delivering acquisition marketing campaigns, with strong digital marketing expertise and exposure to a range of acquisition channels.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for campaign delivery, optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, making informed tactical decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Confident using data and insight to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • A curious mindset with a willingness to test, learn and continually improve marketing performance.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within the energy supply sector or another regulated, customer-focused industry.
