The Opportunity

Arup’s Experiential Environments practice is a multidisciplinary team of designers, visualisers, technical specialists and immersive technology experts. We help clients understand complex projects through industry-leading visualisation, verified photomontage, digital storytelling, immersive engagement, real-time experiences and interactive content. Working across infrastructure, cities, architecture, energy, water and transport projects around the world, the team combines creativity, technology and design to help shape better decisions, improve stakeholder engagement and communicate the future with clarity and confidence.

We are seeking a Studio & Delivery Manager to support the continued growth of the practice, bringing together project management, studio operations, resource planning and production management across a creative and technical team. The role will support the delivery of visualisation, verified photomontage, immersive engagement, digital content and experience design work for major projects, with a particular focus on managing the photomontage delivery pipeline and ensuring programmes, resources, risks and outputs are managed effectively.

Is this role right for you?

We’d like to hear from you if:

• You have experience in project management, studio management, production management or operational delivery within a creative, design, digital, visualisation or consultancy environment.
• You understand how creative studios operate and can create the conditions for designers, visualisers and technical specialists to do their best work.
• You are highly organised and confident planning programmes, coordinating resources, managing risks and supporting high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
• You can balance creativity, agility and innovation with strong delivery discipline and operational focus in a fast-moving multidisciplinary environment.
• You are commercially aware, collaborative and able to build effective working relationships with creative, technical and project teams.
• You are motivated by socially useful work and by helping teams communicate complex projects with clarity, confidence and impact.
