Your role Carry out weekly health and safety checks and risk assessments Complete general caretaking tasks including basic repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance Keep tools and equipment stocked and ready for use Record daily work accurately and update customers when needed Spot maintenance issues early and report them to keep the environment safe

Your skills Experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role Ability to identify and carry out minor repairs Understanding of basic health and safety in the workplace Practical experience using hand tools and light machinery Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
