Job summary We are looking to recruit a part-time First Contact Physiotherapist (18.75 hours per week) to join our established and experienced team. Working pattern * Monday: 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00 * Tuesday: 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00 * Wednesday: 08:30-11:45 This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and deliver high-quality musculoskeletal care within Primary Care. As a First Contact Physiotherapist, you will work on-site in GP practices as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. You will assess, diagnose, and manage MSK patients at the first point of contact - with full autonomy and clinical support. This is not a hybrid or remote position. You will be embedded in your practice(s), working closely with GPs, receptionists, nurses, and other MDT colleagues to deliver integrated, personalised patient care. You will have the opportunity to use or develop advanced skills, including injection therapy and independent prescribing, supported by protected CPD time and structured supervision. What Were Looking For Essential * HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist. * Minimum 5 years postgraduate clinical experience. * Minimum 3 years MSK clinical experience. * Understanding of the HEE Roadmap to Practice and the MSK Core Capabilities Framework. * Active CPD portfolio aligned to the four pillars of advanced practice. Desirable * MSc Level 7 modules. * Prior FCP or MSK triage experience (NHS or private sector). * Experience working in GP practices. * Experience using EMIS or SystmOne. * Qualified in injection therapy and/or Independent Prescribing.
