Job description
Are you an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in your career? Or an established Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge in an independent restaurant where your ideas genuinely matter?
We are working with a family owned restraurant group, who are looking for a passionate and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen in their well-established, Italian restaurant in the heart of Worthing.
This is more than just another Head Chef role. It's an opportunity to become part of a close-knit team, influence the direction of their menu, and put your own stamp on a restaurant that has built its reputation on authentic Tuscan inspired hospitality and consistently great food.
What you'll be doing:
Working alongside an experienced and loyal kitchen team of 4 Chefs and 2 kitchen assistants, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and service.
During quieter services, you'll be comfortable running the kitchen independently with the support of a Kitchen Assistance, so confidence, organisation and strong leadership are essential.
A role with real freedom
