£140 to £168.80 per day (inclusive of holiday pay) , dependent upon requirements and duration of the role. Flexible temporary work to suit your availability and career goals. As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will:

Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils. Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment. Promote independent learning and support pupils' progress. Adapt confidently to different primary school settings across Rotherham. Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents. To be considered for this role, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS before September 2026. A genuine passion for primary education and supporting children's learning. Strong communication and classroom management skills. An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one. A commitment to safeguarding and completing annual safeguarding training. The right to work in the UK.
