Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, forward-looking SOC Manager to lead our Security Operations Centre, managing a team of analysts and engineers responsible for protecting multiple clients across a high-performance Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) environment.
This role is a highly proactive, hands-on leadership position for a cyber security expert who thrives in dynamic environments. Youll bring deep technical credibility together with a strong commercial mindset, driving operational excellence, outstanding customer experiences, service profitability, and meaningful business growth
As a key leader within our cyber security business, you will manage Strategic Accounts, drive complex service transitions, and actively implement cutting-edge automation and AI technologies to keep our SOC ahead of the threat landscape.
