Job description
Quality Manager | Dundee | Competitive Salary Lead Quality for a growing manufacturing site and shape the strategy, not just the compliance. This Quality Manager role sits on the Site Leadership Team, with real influence over how quality is built into the business, not bolted on. As a Quality Manager, you will benefit from: A seat on the Site Leadership Team with genuine strategic input Autonomy to shape the Quality function and its direction Exposure to global stakeholders and cross-functional influence Supportive senior leadership and clear decision rights within your domain Genuine scope for career development in a growing organisation As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include: Lead the Quality function for the site, aligning with business and organisational standards Provide strategic and operational leadership to Quality teams, including engineers, auditors and inspectors Act as primary point of contact for customers on quality matters, including escalations and corrective actions Establish and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure regulatory and customer compliance Lead internal, external and customer audits, ensuring effective preparation and closure of findings Drive structured problem-solving using root cause analysis to eliminate recurrence As a Quality Manager, your experience will include: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field 10+ years progressive experience in Quality roles within regulated manufacturing environments 5+ years leadership experience managing Quality teams, including leading leaders Demonstrated experience leading and maintaining Quality Management Systems Proven experience leading internal, external and customer audits with corrective action plans Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why and CAPA If youre ready to bring strategic rigour to a sites Quality function and see the impact of your decisions first-hand, this Quality Manager role offers that platform.
