As a Events Services Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include : Takes a hands-on approach to the daily operation events and ensures a high level of supervision & visibility is maintained at all times. Handle guest complaints promptly, efficiently and diplomatically, and bringing all complaints to the attention of the necessary Event Manager and / Event Operations Manager. Ensure you use Knowcross to report any defaults - follow-up with the relevant department. Ensures that the Personal Training Records (PTR's), Personal development plan( PDP's), SOP are kept up to date for both new and existing members of the team.
