✨ Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✨ Has recent experience teaching within KS1 or KS2
✨ Delivers engaging, creative, and well-planned lessons
✨ Creates a calm, purposeful, and inclusive learning environment
✨ Has excellent behaviour management skills and high expectations of all pupils
✨ Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
✨ Is committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential
Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge learners
Create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported
Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and supportive senior leaders
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Play an active role in helping pupils make excellent academic and personal progress
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
