Industrial Recruitment Consultant Location: Wigan, WN3 | Contract: Full-Time | Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment? Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant and play a key role in connecting top talent with leading businesses in the industrial sector. What You’ll Do * Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, etc.) * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits * Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for clients * Advertise vacancies, write compelling job specs, and manage job boards * Manage candidate compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes * Work to targets and KPIs with the support of a collaborative team What We’re Looking For * Previous recruitment experience (industrial sector a plus) * Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills * Organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * A team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to succeed * Full UK driving licence What You’ll Get * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * 21 days holiday + bank holidays * Regular incentives and team socials * Career progression opportunities and industry training * Supportive, fun, and fast-paced work environment J-18808-Ljbffr
