Monarch Education is recruiting for a rewarding teaching opportunity within a specialist secondary setting in Erdington, Birmingham. Essential Requirements\n

To be considered for this SEMH Teacher role in Erdington, you must have:

\n
    \n
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
  • \n
  • Experience managing challenging behaviour in an educational, youth work, alternative provision, or residential setting
  • \n
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • \n
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • \n
  • The right to work in the UK
  • \n
  • A genuine commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable learners
  • \n
\n

A formal teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Applications from unqualified teachers with relevant SEMH experience are welcomed.
