Job description
Technical Sales Engineer (BMS / Building Controls) £46,000 - £52,000 (DOE) + Company Car + Bonus + Employee Ownership Benefits + Training and Progression + Pension Belfast Are you a Technical Sales Engineer or similar with experience in BMS, PLCs, SCADA, refrigeration controls or energy systems looking to join a well-established and growing business offering long-term progression, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to become a key part of a specialist technical team? Do you want to work for a market-leading company that has built a strong reputation across Northern Ireland, offering tailored solutions within the building controls and automation sector while investing heavily in employee development and future growth? This role will see the successful candidate supporting the full technical sales process from estimating and pricing projects through to developing customer relationships and securing orders. You will work closely with senior members of the sales and engineering team while progressing towards managing your own customer accounts and sales targets. This company has been established for nearly 50 years and has earned an excellent reputation through the high-quality service they provide. Their work focuses primarily on BMS and HVAC control systems across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Retail. This role would suit a Technical Sales Engineer or an Engineer looking to move into sales from a controls, automation or building services background who is keen to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
