This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step, or an established Deputy Manager looking to build on their leadership experience within residential childcare. What youll bring to the team as Deputy Manager: * Extensive experience in residential childcare * Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent * Full UK driving licence You will receive: * Salary of £37,640 - £41,315 per annum * Bonuses for Good and Outstanding Ofsted outcomes * 26 days annual leave, rising to 28 days, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave * Medicash and life assurance If you are an experienced Deputy Manager ready to build something better, we want to hear from you.
