PROPERTY MANAGERTrinity Estates Competitive Home Based (Sheffield/West Yorkshire)ROLE OVERVIEWYou will manage a varied residential portfolio across Sheffield and West Yorkshire, with a strong emphasis on well-run low- to mid-rise developments and a number of Resident Management Companies (RMCs).

You will be the trusted point of contact for leaseholders, directors and contractors, balancing great customer service with organised, compliant property management.With several RMCs in your care, you will plan and run AGMs, prepare board packs, and work closely with directors on budgets, long-term maintenance and service delivery.

Youll be home based, supported by Trinitys central teams, and out on site regularly across the region to keep standards high and relationships strong.ROLE EXPECTATIONSMost days you will be communicating with residents and RMC directors, managing contractors, planning maintenance, and keeping on top of budgets, H&S and compliance.
