Were looking for a Marketing Manager to build and run the internal marketing function for an award-winning, tech-led brand and design agency. Working across complex B2B sectors including technology, SaaS, fintech, mobility and energy, youll turn specialist expertise into content, visibility and meaningful commercial opportunities. This is a chance to shape an always-on marketing engine, work closely with senior leadership and bring real structure to a growing agency. The Opportunity Youll own a focused quarterly marketing plan across content, thought leadership, PR, social media, digital, CRM and sales enablement. Youll write and edit content, coordinate internal and external teams, support targeted campaigns and improve how activity is measured. Youll also help establish HubSpot lead capture, scoring and nurture workflows. As the agency grows, there is scope to expand the function and contribute to wider research, strategy and community activity. About You Youre already operating confidently at Marketing Manager level within an agency, consultancy or marketing services environment. You bring: * Experience owning multichannel agency marketing plans * Strong writing, editing and content-planning skills * Hands-on HubSpot knowledge * Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO, email platforms, Figma, Canva or Pitch * Confidence using AI tools for research, planning and content workflows * A thoughtful, practical and data-aware approach Whats In It for You * £30K - £40K for a three-day week [dependent on experience, and equivalent to £50,000 to £65,000 full-time] * Central London studio with two office days, including Tuesdays as the team anchor day We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook.
