The opportunity: This is a new opportunity, so youll be joining a small established team that have laid down a solid foundation for you to hit the ground running.

Alongside solid technical experience, you'll need an adaptable and positive mindset, a solutions-focused attitude that suits a genuinely fast growing business, Essential experience: 2 years as a Conveyancing Fee Earner solid experience matters the most Leasehold and freehold purchases Shared ownership transactions Help to Buy Desirable experience: Bridging loans Knowledge of the Building Safety Act Key responsibilities: Managing a caseload of c.60 files, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.) Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction What we're looking for: A team player who uses initiative and stays calm under pressure when client facing Empathetic and a patient demeanour with clients Happy to chip in to build processes, as well as follow them Strong communicator, highly organised with their own time and workload, and detail focused What we offer: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increased with service) Your birthday off Christmas office closure Free onsite parking Realistic caseload expectations (c.60 files) Dedicated onboarding and post-completion support Modern case management technology Training xwwtmva and development opportunities Financial support for further education CLC, SRA/SQE routes, CPD and conveyancing training Clear progressions pathway senior, leadership, technical specialist Regular 1:1s, coaching and file review support Subsidised medical insurance based on length of service, up to 100% after 3 years Enhanced sick pay Paid volunteering days Referral bonus scheme Team socials and firm-wide events Staff recognition and rewards Performance related bonus COMING SOON Flexible working COMING SOON BPLS aims to be in the Top 10 UK Conveyancing firms and we want the best team to help get us there.
