- A client following (advantageous but not essential)
- An interest in working towards Panel Accreditation
This is more than just another Family law role. It's an opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking Legal 500 practice where lawyers are trusted to do what they do best.
You'll benefit from:
- Hybrid working with genuine flexibility
- A fully paperless office with modern technology
- A collaborative and supportive multi-office team
- Ongoing training, mentoring and clear career progression

Alongside a competitive salary, you'll enjoy an excellent benefits package including:
- Performance-related bonus and profit-sharing opportunities
- 28 days' annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year closure AND your birthday off
- Additional annual leave with length of service
- Employer pension contributions
- Healthcare provision
- Hybrid working with laptop and mobile phone
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Annual salary reviews and appraisals
- Ongoing professional development and funded training
- Supportive mentoring and supervision
- Summer and Christmas social events
- Additional employee perks and wellbeing benefits
